中国北京，2013年8月28日 - 直接面向世界消费者的全球网上零售公司 LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd.（“兰亭集势”或“公司”）今天表示，公司已获悉其一部分股东在美国纽约州南区法院（United States District Court for the Southern District of New York）对公司以及公司部分高层管理人员提出了集体诉讼。 公司已经审阅诉状中所提出的主张，并认为这些主张毫无根据。公司目前尚未收到诉状文件，但将会与其法律顾问美国盛信律师事务所（Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP）通力协作，在此事件中积极捍卫公司权利。

(NYSE: LITB) ("LightInTheBox" or the "Company"), a global online retail company that delivers products directly to consumers around the world, today announced that it has become aware of the filing of a purported securities class action lawsuit against the Company and certain of its senior officers on behalf of a putative class of shareholders of the Company in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The Company has reviewed the claims asserted in the complaint and believes that they are without merit.  While the Company has not yet been served with a copy of the complaint, it intends to work with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, its legal counsel, to vigorously defend itself in this matter.
