Certain cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services, that offer SaaS products based on Elastic’s open sourcecomponents. These offerings are not supported by Elastic and come without any of Elastic’s proprietary features, whether free or paid.For example, Amazon offers some of our open source features as part of its Amazon Web Services offering.As such, Amazon competes with us for potential customers, and while Amazon cannot provide our proprietary software, the pricing ofAmazon’s offerings may limit our ability to adjust the price of our products. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to compete successfully against current and future competitors or thatcompetitive pressure or the availability of new open source software will not result in price reductions, reduced operating margins and loss ofmarket share, any one of which could harm our business, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows.
