回复@DumbMoney: I can confirm as an insider of the blockchain industry that "BitGeek" has no publicity at all. If I have to make sense of why ANTE would purchase such unknown company, this might be a newly formed startup backed by some technology company to ride the wave of government incentive that promotes "new infrastructure" projects.  But still one would ask: why would shareholders of BitGeek accept shares of a delisting US company? Are they considering reverse merger and the compliance burden? Are they confident that the shares of ANTE would continue to be listed on Nasdaq (and become more valuable in the future)?
AMCN/ANTE has never failed to suprise me with such strange deals. So this is a company that has no footprint on the internet, and yet claims to be doing supercomputing and blockchain technology? How muc is this going to be worth? Where is the due diligence? Even though there may not be cash involved, new shares to be issued will dilute existing shareholders' equity, and it may even be a scam to issue shares to friendly parties to management, just like the previous advances to outsiders that got written off.
