你也看到了最近没有大卖单....我昨天也是看盘面，忽然意识到这几天以来没有明显卖压，而且盘面太平静了，所以觉得不对头，就吓得赶紧把空仓平了（心理素质还是不好.....）。所以有可能kalani最近并没有卖，都屯着呢..... 总之，看明天就会知道啦。目前把头脑清空，给各种可能性都留下位置~

你说的有道理，应该不是不能short的关系，那我猜可能目的是让大家short好让股价迅速跌，这样就能创造差价让kanali赚钱

不过如果最后一个小时还没动作，估计就没有啦~ 我就只能赚着几根冰棍钱撤了......

Fixed Request Notice----我忘了这个名词了~ :-P

Kalani接到Fixed Request Notice就可以开始卖，然后再转股。等于它可以把尚未拿到手的股先行卖掉，但是这个操作不同于short，是可以的。因为它不需要借股。

这也是为什么我觉得会有一个pump的原因..... 原本不需要这么早reverse split的，难道是为了让更多的人可以short么？反正kalani不需要short，DRYS大可以等到接到nasdaq的通知之后再耗上半年再合股。


From time to time over the term of the Purchase Agreement, we may, in our sole discretion, provide the Investor with a Fixed Request Notice to purchase a specified Fixed Amount Requested of shares of our common stock over an eight consecutive trading day Pricing Period commencing on the trading day specified in the applicable Fixed Request Notice, with each fixed request subject to the limitations discussed below. kalani应该是不需要short的啊。我读了filing，它跟DRYS的合同也不允许它short。

根据合同，kalani应该是跟DRYS约定了购买股份的金额之后，就可以在拿到股之前开始卖。从某种意义上有一点儿naked short的意思，但是应该是不算short的。

从SA的一些文章上看，似乎连Kalani也不能在1块以下short，数据显示1块以下没有超过1M的大单。如果真是这样的话，合股纯粹是为了让Kalani有能力继续short。。。尽管如此种种，我还是不敢全仓short。。。

你说，已经不能卖空，盘中这些卖家都是谁呢？理论上当然有188mln的股本在外面，必然有人持有。可是事实上完全想不通为什么有人会把DRYS拿到这个时候才知道要卖..... 而且搞不好会卖到一个低点上.....

空的机会有的是，急啥~  反正这货任何时候开始空，从某种意义上都没区别，长线收益100%，哈哈.....

最近盘面风格明显不同，明天我觉得很可能有个暴涨。不过即便涨，估计也只有明天一天，无法持续。所以我的计划是目前赌拉升，然后如果我的判断是对的，那么明天盘中找上升势头弱了的时候清了多仓、反手做空.....

不过如果今天尾盘不拉升、盘后也不拉升，那么明天大概就不会涨了....
