回复@D-Josh: 是…FAA给了波音90天时间draft 一个plan‘ address flaws in safety processes’,除了把spr insource回来,波音怕是没有任何其他选项。//@D-Josh:回复@梧桐山上:相信WSJ放风出来应该是谈妥了。不过我倒认为SPR还是有一定的议价能力,波音可能是在FAA有形无形的压力下提出的并购,而空客一定也会有压力会赶在波音和spr谈妥之前敲定spr欧洲工厂收购。
其实老大哥心里清楚的很,自己小弟会有今天入不敷出的囧境,都是自己疯狂压榨供应商导致的,导致人家造一件亏一件。自己小弟今时今日在航空和军方的地位,老大哥心里清楚的很。
SPR rev 64%来自波音,19%来自空客,17%其他。
可惜了SPR,花了将近20年时间成长成为波音/空客/和军方的核心供应商,终究还是成了嗜血花街的牺牲品。[裂开]

Exactly. Looking back to last year, Boeing's CEO took the option of buying back SPR off the table. Additionally, both companies renegotiated the pricing of the 787s and 737s last November. This indicates there was no plan to bring them together at that time. Why did they change course today? Obviously, it's because of the 90-day deadline. Without SPR being in-house, the safety plan would not be intact.
