回购是公司的一种积极购买行为，一般公司回购之后是会注销回购的股份（那些回购不注销的则另当别论），这样就会减少公司的总股本数量，同样持有公司一定比例股份的股东，在公司回购之后，他持有的股份比例相应增加了。那些把买股票当成买公司的人，在什么事情都没做的情况下，自己的持股比例增加了，估计做梦都会笑起来。
