回复@D-Josh: Exactly. Looking back to last year, Boeing's CEO took the option of buying back SPR off the table. Additionally, both companies renegotiated the pricing of the 787s and 737s last November. This indicates there was no plan to bring them together at that time. Why did they change course today? Obviously, it's because of the 90-day deadline.
