China Merchants China Direct Investments (the “Fund”, 133 HK), the Hong Kong-listed closed-end fund, has just announcedthat its net asset value was HK$ 30.27 per share as at 29 Feb 2024.
At current share price of HK$ 8.8 (18 March 2024), that implies a 71% discount to its net asset value per share.
We re-iterate our proposal which 网页链接{we published on 8 January 2024}, and urge the Fund to sell assets and return capital for the benefit of all shareholders.
