$W&T Offshore(WTI)$ [PROVED RESERVES BY END OF 2012] Increase in proved reserves in 2012 over 2011.  Proved reserves as of December 31, 2012 were 117.5 million barrels of oil equivalent ("MMBoe"), or 705.1 billion cubic feet equivalent ("Bcfe") of natural gas, with 47% crude oil, 13% natural gas liquids ("NGLs"), and 40% natural gas.  Converted 50% of 2011 proved undeveloped reserves to proved developed.  Proved developed crude oil reserves increased 51% over the prior year.
