Opko Health soared 45% in premarket trading on Friday after the Miami-based company said it has partnered with the New York State Department of Health to create a drive-through testing facility in New Rochelle, N.Y., for COVID-19. It also said it plans to offer up to 5,000 tests a day at other testing sites in New York state that will be set up next week.
