$康沃系统(CVLT)$ 新财报今天发布了，昨天满Margin买入，赌下财报。不知道华尔街如何解读。我的理解是CVLT是在Windows领域比较强势的产品，与MS合作也很紧密，属于MS的下游产业，MS刚发布的财报中比较出彩的地方是企业的营收增长9%，算是不错，所以CVLT的业绩应该会beat expection。CommVault Announces Second Quarter Fiscal 2014 Financial ResultsCommVault Reports Record Quarterly Revenues & Non-GAAP Earnings

传统备份市场就这么大，CommVault基本把Symantec手中能抢到的客户都抢了，而且现在流行的是备份软硬件一体化和云，梭子鱼是目前资本市场追捧的对象，CommVault这种纯软件公司以后不好走，之前合作不错的Dell等硬件公司都有自己的备份软件了。

今晚难道是微涨的命？ Commvault Systems beats by $0.08, beats on revs (CVLT) 82.50 : Reports Q2 (Sep) earnings of $0.48 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.08 better than the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of $0.40; revenues rose 20.1% year/year to $141.9 mln vs the $140.19 mln consensus. Software revenue in the second quarter of fiscal 2014 was $70.8 million, an increase of 20% year-over-year and 8% over the first quarter. Services revenue in the second quarter of fiscal 2014 was $71.0 million, an increase of 21% year-over-year and 3% sequentially.
