面向全球港口人，摄影爱好者，新闻媒体摄影记者及广大社会公众征集摄影作品。本次摄影大赛作品征集主要来自三个方面，以便参赛人员进行创作：
一是表现全球各港口的自然风光;
二是表现全球各港口的人文景观;
三是表现全球港口人的工作、生活、活动及重大事件的瞬间。

本次所有参赛作品还有机会获得以下福利：
1、入选中国港口协会编制的《巨变：新中国成立70周年中国港口记忆》图册；
2、入选中国港口博物馆。
评选方法
初选：VCG签约摄影师将对所有参赛作品进行首次盲选，评选标准参见以下表格。在盲选评出的图片中，最终选出30张图片进入复赛。
复选：进入复赛的所有作品，将在微信公众号“港口圈”进行人气投票，由港口圈全体读者共同评选出金银铜奖。
今年8月份召开的中国港口宣传工作交流会上，参会嘉宾将以专业评审的身份对进入复赛的作品在视觉效果、人文情怀等专业领域进行评选，由专业评审内部投票评选出最佳视觉创意、最具故事性、最佳构图、最美劳动者四项特别大奖。

征稿细则
1.本次摄影大赛黑白、彩色不限，单幅、组照不限（组照3幅为一组），投稿作品创作时间不限（鼓励近年创作的新作品）。
2.单幅作品应配有简单的文字说明；组照应有300字以内的总说明（包括时间、港口、人物、事件等要点）。
3.上传的作品要求为JPG格式。
4.对于复赛入选作品，主办方有权在著作权人的著作权保护期内，以复制、发行、展览、放映、信息网络传播等方式使用，不再另付稿酬。对于所有参赛作品，主办方可以在微信公众平台“港口圈”内作为文章配图使用。
5.参赛者所提交的照片不得包含参赛者嵌入的任何标记、边框、文字等。
6.参赛者应对其作品拥有独立、完整的著作权；还应保证其投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的任何权利。参赛者均视为认同本条款内容。凡上述保证落空而导致的相关纠纷，一切法律责任均由参赛者本人承担，与主办方无关。
7.此次大赛解释权归港口圈所有。
特别说明
1.为保证本次赛事评选的公平，公正，港口圈工作人员，大赛评委均不可参加本次比赛。
2.网络票选活动中使用第三方工具刷票的行为，一经发现，主办方将有权取消其参赛资格。
3.上述条款的最终解释权归港口圈所有。

振华Terminexus于2017年底成立，为ZPMC集团成员，旨在整合全球港口资源，依托信息化、物联网，搭建一个全球港机备件供应平台，提供备件服务管理的新模式，减少码头的仓储、物流成本。

Persons who are working in the port, shutterbugs, press photographer or any person who are interested in this event are welcomed to participate this contest. Photo topics are recommended as following:
1, Natural scenery across the global ports;
2, Culture landscape across the global ports;
3, The moment of port great event, sight of living and working of the port operators.

In addition to the vote, we will organize professional judges to select The Best Visual Creativity, The Best Story, The Best Composition, and The Best Workers.

All works will have the opportunity to be selected into compiled by China Ports & Harbours Association (CPHA), And showcase at the China Port Museum.
Evaluation and selection
Preliminary round: The first screening of the works will be conducted by Professional photographer, and 30 works will enter the rematch.
Evaluation criteria：
Rematch: All works entering the rematch will be voted in the WeChat public account “Gangkouquan”, and all the readers of Gangkouquan will select the gold, silver and bronze medals.
At the China Port Publicity Work Exchange Conference held in August, the participating guests will judge the works entering rematch in the professional fields such as visual effects and humanistic feelings as professional reviewers, and will be selected The Best Visual Creativity, The Best Story, The Best Composition, and The Best Workers.

Online voting: July 26- August 16, 2019

Participating Requirements
1. Photo works are not limited to black / white/colorful, single or group (3 Photos as a set), unlimited photo taken date (recent years of photos are preferred);
2. Remarks are required for single work; group works shall be attached at least 300 words (consist of time and date, key points of port/personage/event taken);
3. The submitted works shall be JPG format;
4.the Organizer is entitled in the term of copyright protection to copy, distribution, exhibitions, screenings, information dissemination and other use, no extra pay royalties. For all works, the organizer has the right to use in WeChat public account “Gangkouquan”;
5. The submitted photos must not contain entries such as any tags insertion, borders, text;
6. Participants should work with an independent, complete copyright; should also guarantee the delivery of works including of non-infringement of third-party copyrights, portrait rights, reputation or privacy of any rights. Participants are identified with the present provisions. Where these guarantees fall to the ground as a result of disputes, all liability shall be borne by the participant himself, has nothing to do with the Organizer;
7.Gangkouquan has the final rights of interpretation for this contest.
Extra Note
1．In order to be fair to all other participants, staff of Gangkouquan, member of evaluation panel is not eligible to participant in this contest;
2. It is forbidden to falsify during the voting process. Once it happens, it will be disqualified;
3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms of all.
About ZPMC Terminexus
ZPMC Terminexus, a member of ZPMC group, established at the end of 2017, is intended to integrate the global port resources to set up a global supplying platform of port equipment spare parts in the world, thus, reducing the warehouse and logistics costs of wharfs with the new mode of spare parts service management.
