good job. i haven't done the calculations. it looks reasonable. there maybe a zhuang with not enough shares. and they have been trying to get shares very slowly. it's very difficult for them.

If youaverage the two stock offerings, the average price is 3.9 (2million+1,320,059excluding free shares 970,508 for cancelling warrants)

From 02/01/2015-07/01/2015– 11,060,000 shares being traded-avg price:2.56

From 05/01/2015-07/01/2015– 6,580,500 shares being traded-ave price: 2.53

Lets  say 庄家accumulate shares from Feb 01 to now, the average price is around 2.55, now let’saverage 3.9 and 2.55, and including the free shares 970,508, I believe 庄家average price is around 3 to 2.8. here is the funny thing, the NVFY total floatis around 11.5 million, BUT total stocks been traded from Feb 01 to now is over17.5m, no-way  庄家can have all the float shares. My understanding is that NVFY doesn’t have a 庄家or 庄家 hasn’t accumulate enough shares, that is why it pushed the pricebelow 4 during December 2014, it was hoping people gonna sell it. Basically, weare still in consolidation stage, as all the good news doesn’t provide anyboost to the stock price. All we can do is hope for the best to come...[亏大了]

their current cost must be much lower than 6.78

the Chinese funds want lower price, but what about American investors bought at 6.78 April last year, and at 2 this June. it is negotiating, but i think 3 or 4 is likely. if it is 2.5 dollar, then i'm doomed.
