Good morning/afternoon.

I am one of the investors of MICT. First of all, thank you very much for your excellent leadership, leading MICT effectively obtained the insurance securities license and the service contract of the China National Petroleum Center, which are such important strategic moves that will bring major breakthroughs for the company in the Chinese market.

As a keen investor who has strong faith in MICT, I have several suggestions to the board of directors for reference if I may.

1.About the name – HUAPEI. In the Chinese pronunciation system, “HuaPei”, sounds the same as the phrase “华赔”, which means “lost money in China”. I am not a superstitious people, but as in Chinese culture lots of people believe fate is somehow related to one’s name, superstition is part of the game. For example, one of your competitors, FuTu, the name is a good choice which means “the journey toward rich”. Therefore, I have some suggestions you may like to consider: HUAFA, which means to “make a fortune in China”. Or HUAWIN, which is a combination of HUA & WIN.

2.I suggest you recruit talents in the technology & marketing area from FuTu, learn from their efficient management software system, and the investment behavior & custom of common Chinese people, offer highly localized services such as accurate and timely Mandarin translation of news release and other related information. If you seriously want to battle FuTu, Tiger Brokers, you need to enhance services, and better early-stage marketing promotions, lower brokerage charges to get clients first. For instance, FuTu had offered a one-year free trade policy at its very early stage.

3.Develop some competitive advantages that differentiate your brand from FuTu, and quickly turn the company's platform into a multi-functional trading platform for securities, insurance, and commodity futures. For example, announcing an increase in cryptocurrency transactions is a good way to attract more customers.

4. Micronet businesses rapidly expand in the Chinese market and electric vehicles markets.

5.Build a company culture of safety, integrity, professionalism, and efficiency（安全、诚信、专业、高效）, which is the spirit and soul of the company's long-term development.

I once wrote a book about how to build a solid and vibrant company culture - "Practical Corporate Culture building & Marketing", which was published in the Chinese mainland, unfortunately, there are only Chinese copies. But I would like to share my thoughts on these topics with you.
