We reiterate our BUY recommendation on SUNeVision as it will be the biggest beneficiary of data centre supply shortage in Hong Kong. It has robust capacity expansion pipeline of c.1.4m sqft (or 90% of its existing capacity) after acquiring the only remaining site in TKO at the end of 2018.
