完全会。两房现在之所以赚钱，就是因为它们的信用是政府信用，借债成本比所有私营企业都低。两房之所以存在，就是因为政府2008年政府注资拯救。现在美国政府（其实是国会）想收回就收回，不过变为一个政府部门罢了。
