Prior to Qihoo’s IPO, Deloitte signed off on all of Qihoo’s financials......Perhaps more importantly, Qihoo is now a completely different company that the one that Deloitte audited a year ago. Historical revenues as audited by Deloitte were largely driven by sales of software which are easy to track and audit, whereas opaque advertising revenues at the time were minimal.
