我聽說是這樣的，市場上流通的，都是IPO或者中途配售的股票，至於IPO前原股東所持的股票，就不能買賣，而一送三那三股，就可以在市場流通，所以這對原股東來說是天大好事，原股東也樂見其股價倍升，我等散戶就坐一下順風車吧
