Citing Section 220 of Delaware's General Corporation Law David Tepper's Appaloosa Management is demanding the right to inspect TerraForm Power's (TERP -1.7%) books to learn more about its dealings with parent SunEdison (NYSE:SUNE). (13D filing)Appaloosa owns a 9.5% stake in TERP, andhas criticized perceived conflicts of interest with SunEdison, including ones related to SunEdison's pending purchase of Vivint Solar. The recent amendment of the SunEdison/Vivint deal included more favorable terms for TERP.SunEdison is giving back a big chunk of the gains seen last week in response  to a Congressional deal that paved the way for multi-year solar and wind tax credit extensions.
