The CFO needs to understand how to diplomatically conduct these earnings conference call. Stock was holding up 6% after hours. Then the call started and first thing out of his mouth was something about they don't have a plan how to get higher user growth and it "will take long time" to get user growth. Then he used series of words saying "unacceptable" and "disappointing." Listening to that call I felt the bears didn't have to do any work. The CFO was doing it for them.

How pathetic!

Very rarely we come across a company or product/service that we interact and use so much everyday to the point that it almost feels necessary, yet we hate it so much too. Anyway, keep in mind this was Dorsey's first quarter since he took over the CEO role. And as it goes with any new CEO, they like to trash talk as much as possible and put everything on the table within first quarter to reset expectations to the lowest level. Perhaps that happened in this earnings report yesterday.
