trading.

• Russia may limit domestic payments via anonymous electronic wallets to no more

than RU1,000 per day and ban cross-border payments using them, Kommersant

reports, citing new anti-terrorism draft law.

• Shrs have gained 180% since listing in NY last yr

• Note: QIWI is a Russian electronic-payment operator.
