$哥伦比亚银行(CIB)$ 不知道大家知道不知道，这家银行总股本有5.1亿普通股和4.52亿股优先股，纽交所上市的这个代码是ADR，只是没有投票权的非累积优先股。1份ADR=4股优先股。
优先股持有人有权根据上一会计年度的净利润，在扣除影响资本的亏损后，并在扣除法定提取的法定公积金后，但在设立或计提优先股之前领取股利。优先股股息规定为，在：（1）至少相当于优先股认购价的1%/年（实际上非常低，忽略不计）；（2）不低于普通股每股股息。
也就是说，买这个东西，只是图个股息，并没有权益和投票权。当然对散户来说，其实你也可以认为是剥离投票权的普通股。
2023年发了四次股息，总额3.361美元/ADR。其实股息率还是可以的。

olders of preferred shares are entitled to receive dividends based on the net profits of the preceding fiscal year, after deducting losses affecting the capital and once the amount that shall be legally set apart for the legal reserve has been deducted, but before creating or accruing for any other reserve, of a non-cumulative minimum preferred dividend equal to one percent (1%) yearly of the subscription price of the preferred share, provided this dividend is higher than the dividend assigned to common shares. If this is not the case, the dividend shall be increased to an amount that is equal to the per share dividend on the common shares. The dividend received by holders of common shares may not be higher than the dividend assigned to preferred shares.Payment of the preferred dividend shall be made at the time and in the manner established in the general shareholders’ meeting and with the priority indicated by Colombian law.
