Sinosoft is now trading at 10.1x 2019E PER and 7.7x 2020E PER, which doesn’t look expensive compared with that of its peers, and the concerns have been partly priced in. Maintain BUY, but we lower our target price from HK$4.25 to HK$3.79, as we use a lower target PER (from 16x to 14x).
