Just put of curiosity, if the were a buy out/merger with AMDA how much could that potentially affect the stock price?
I honestly can't say. I personally would put it in the 5-10 range but I'd certainly say the CEO has incentive thanks to his golden parachute to get as much as he can out of the deal. Or as they explained the parachute -- "aligned the executives with the interest of the shareholders".
