it's good, it's like a big line of credit with a tier 1 bank.

implies that a major Canadian bank has done due diligence and approved their credit worthiness despite their lack of revenues and profits

implies CIBC sees merit in their short and medium term outlook

doesnt dilute existing shareholders and suggests that fewer dilutive events are forthcoming

of course, all of this could change but this is how i interpret it.

I tried to find out more but they can not say things that have not come out public yet. The thing I knew was that half of the 1M sq. Ft. Greenhouse is already in production and the other half is waiting for Health Canada approval. The first harvest is expected in March-April 2019. HEXO's revenues will increase considerably for the next 2-3 quarters. HEXO has grown from 30,000 sq. Ft. To 340,000 sq. Ft. And now has 1.34 sq. Ft. The revenues will follow with the same order of magnitude and even more because the products will be refined and become more profitable for the company. EX: Molson / Coors, cosmetics and edible foods soon.
