看SEC filings看得眼花。然而恐怕stock markets里面最容易和最安全的机会，就是从SEC filing里面寻找toxic financing的气息以及公司对未来股价的预期，因为这并不是基于变换的业绩和动态的市场，以及缥缈难测的sentiment，而是基于逻辑推理，所以存在一定的必然性----就如同DRYS与Kalani的融资协议，以及TDW的dilution必然带来股价下跌一样。比如这一个$UNI PIXEL(UNXL)$ 在2月18号的424B5：
逐条读过去，很明显可以看出（1）公司预计未来三个月内股价是下跌的，而且有可能会低于0.75，而心理上的地板价是0.35；（2）公司在近期还会继续融资。
UNXL's management really had incredible vision to predict their future stock price, haha~
Now since the stock has reached 0.36 on May 16 and almost touched their floor price of 0.35, it might probably bottomed out and should [看多] now. lol.
Kidding. UNXL is a junk company. Probably among the trickiest, junkest ones. They announced lots of contract wins since 2015, but none of those contracts has been reflected in their quarterly results. Really very tricky.
Anyway, now since the management team has been buying, and the warrants holders from 2016 are exercising their warrants, most probably it will start to pump again......
Anyway, this is pure gambling without fundamental support. So anyone who jumps into this trade should be very careful.
I'll probably set my stop loss at 0.35......
