In November 2010, Legend Holdings acquired 100% of the equity interests in Beijing Huaxia United Auto Network Technology Co., Ltd., or Huaxia Auto Network, a shareholder of CAR Beijing, and invested approximately RMB207.8 million (US$32.6 million) in CAR Beijing through Huaxia Auto Network in January and June 2011.
