$北方王朝矿业(NAK)$ Northern Dynasty Minerals (NYSEMKT:NAK) says the Pebble Limited Partnership and former CEO Tom Collier have been served with subpoenas... related to a grand jury investigation apparently involving recordings of private conversations regarding the Pebble mine project. 

Collier had resigned in September after his comments on elected and regulatory officials in Alaska, site of the Pebble project, were covertly videotaped and released by an environmental activist group.

The tapes appeared to show Collier embellishing both his and the company's relationships with elected officials and federal representatives.
