Is NQ's er nov 8? before ER, bears are going to beat up NQ on its coming debt financing deal with its conversion price not known yet, & its CFO working on deals with WS, and articles like this, kind of NQ's teeth cutting stage as QIHU did before; QIHU's product very solid, what about NQ? does it really have a good & solid product?  looks like 18 is feasible for bears
