$Spirit Aerosystems(SPR)$ 等一波正式announcement，35刀/股，还是stock收购，确实有些不划算。看看空客那一波怎么处理，包含在波音收购中，还是spr直接出售给Airbus。个人倾向于后者，毕竟spr也已经跟空客聊了好几个月了。
