Contest Overview

Boston Chinese Investment Club (BCIC) and nine partners are co-hosting the frst International Biomedical Entrepreneurship Competition in 2022 Spring to connect high-quality early-stage biomedical start-ups with investors and other business accelerator resources in North America and China. The mission of this competition is to support as well as accelerate the transformation of biomedical innovation ideas and technologies, and help entrepreneurs launch, grow and scale their businesses.

After careful deliberation among the judges on the First Contest, we will announce the top six out of 50+ teams to enter the Final Contest. In the Final Contest, BCIC will reward the top three teams with up to $17,000 cash reward, $20,000 rental credits from our partnership incubators, with opportunities of $1,000,000 or more potential equity investment from well-known venture capitalists.

The competition consists of Entrepreneurs, scholars, and industrial experts from BCIC global network to provide mentorship for participating projects. We invite 10+Angel Investors, Venture Capital, and Business Incubators to join our Final round. It’s our pleasure to have successful entrepreneurs across countries, well-known scholars, and senior experts in the industry to provide professional guidance for the participating projects.
