In October 2017, we received a $450 million investment from Booking Holdings Inc. (“Booking Holdings,” formerly known as Priceline Group), a world leading provider of online travel and related services. In connection with Booking Holdings’ investment in us, we entered into a commercial relationship with Agoda.com, Booking Holdings’ accommodation reservation brand based in Asia. By gaining access to Agoda’s vast inventory of hotels, we expect to further expand the international presence of our hotel & travel business.
