回复@价值投资者_刑天: 债券定价怎么能用自己的折现率？你回复的这位说得很对，可转债的纯债贴现率不能用10年期国债利率这种无风险利率，而应该用同期限企债收益率（这里假设利率期限结构平滑）。
另外，你还犯了个严重的错误，可转债到期赎回价不是面值，而是高于面值的某个数字，比如你举例...
