On March 17, 2020, Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. a reverse stock split of our common stock at a ratio of not less than 1-for-5 and not greater than 1-for-25, with the exact ratio and effective time of the reverse stock split to be determined by the Board, as described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Schedule 14A on February 6, 2020.
