typically, in chapter 11 filing, equity will be wipe out, but still small percentage of cases, old share holders can have some new equity. See recent case of $WLL$, the old shareholders will have 3% of the new company. stock price was at 0.372, today at 0.888. 
it might take months for stakeholders come to a Restructuring Support Agreement. 
add some at 0.8.  let's wait and see.
