巴菲特在1980年致股东信中这样说：
“In large part, companies obtain the shareholder constituency that they seek and deserve. If they focus their thinking and communications on short-term results or short-term stock market consequences they will, in large part, attract shareholders who focus on the same factors.”
意译过来就是鱼找鱼虾找虾，什么样的公司吸引什么样的股东，如果公司管理层想的是短期股价的表现，那么公司吸引的就是短炒的股东。
贾布斯2017年股东见面会上这样说：让我们齐心协力让它（乐视股价）快速达到100元！
我希望豪悦不玩高送转的游戏。作为股东，我也不希望豪悦分红，因为我认为在现阶段100元钱放到豪悦那里投资建厂会比放到我的口袋里效用更高。
分红送股天经地义啊。就像你开一个门面一样。你赚了钱有收入。这个也是很正常的呀。你要是想不分红，你开门面干什么？

统一回复下呵。所谓流动性就是交易活跃，股东换得勤。我还是真认同巴菲特的逻辑。我希望几年后去杭州开股东会的时候还能碰到在座的几位，而不全是现在还不如道在哪里的别的什么人。
