交易结束后，净资产约 4500+9713 = 1.42 亿

C）交易结束后，每股净资产约 1.42/26 = $0.0546

D) 如果认购，成本价格是$0.05, 也就是PB = 0.91

？？？问题是交易可能在6月份发生，但是现在的价格却在$0.6左右，交易一旦发生，按PB= 1计算， 则手上的股票完全可能打一折啊！

如果PB=3，则价格应该在$0.15

Following the consummation of the Transactions, an aggregate of approximately 2,575,050,259 shares of Common Stock will be issued in connection with the Purchase Agreement.
1.
Specifically, approximately 900,000,000 shares of Common Stock will be issued as a result of the Rights Offering and if applicable, the Backstop Commitment,
