淘大，这个TCAR技术本质上还是一个支架，它避免了CAS手术中血栓脱落流向脑部的风险，但可能避免不了支架的其他缺点，比如说支架置入后颈动脉再次狭窄。所以我对这个技术将来会成为标准疗法的说法存疑，不知你怎么看？
