- The long-term model, we hit our long-term margins at 35% EBITDA margin is at about 30%. So the short hand for us is 1/3 of all franchise dealers and 1/3 of their business, or account for 1/3 of their business, and that gets you to about 10%, roughly overall market share, if you do the math.
