According to the lastest figures from IATA, the International Air Transport Association, global airlines will lose $314bn in revenues in 2020, which is more than previously expected $252bn due to the severity of the economy shock and extensive lockdowns and travel ban across the globe by the coronavirus pandemic, and passenger revenues will be 55% YoY drop at 2020.
