在地上就能挖到黑金，企业估值一亿美元，贱如泥土，真是可惜。

回复@sniper103: 如果煤价上涨的话，CLD可能毛利翻一倍，FELP的毛利上涨空间有限了，以后不大会有毛利长期50%的煤矿吧？

回复@william_hsu: Restructure Debt是债转股，当然股东受损，但总比渣都没好，不用还债，减少利息支出，同舟共济，等待下一个周期，不失为一个策略。

Restructure debt股东会受损，另个债务重组有效果的前提是煤价涨上去，但目前看煤价1-2年内很难涨上去，感觉债务危机只是延期而己。
