The disclosure your firm made on 09/04/2012 has receivedwide media coverage among major Chinese financial newspapers and online mediaoutlets, as FMCN is one of the largestadvertising firms in China.I understand that the new information your firm disclosed on 09/07/2012 willagain be in center of the media focus when Chinese journalists come back towork on Monday (09/10/2012)
The SC13G/A submitted on 09/4/2012 by your firm indicatesthat your firm beneficially owned 14.7% of FMCN common stocks as of 08/31/2012.
In contrast, a second SC13G/A submitted on 09/07/2012 (threedays after) now indicates that your firmbeneficially owned only 3.1% of FMCN common stocks as of 08/31/2012 (the samedate as the first form aforementioned).
I have a number of questions:
(1) Which SC13G/A form (09/04/2012 or 09/07/2012) containsthe correct information regarding your firm’s beneficial ownership in FMCN asof 08/31/2012?
(2) Why is there such a large discrepancy (14.7% vs. 3.1%) betweenthe information disclosed in the two forms?
(3) Was any clericalerror found in one of the two forms, which might has caused the discrepancy?
I would appreciate if you could get back to me with someinformation that could clarify the discrepancy issues related to the two SECforms.
