美元的风光过去了？

今天英国金融时报有一篇文章预测美元的好日子过去了，其中一个原因就是，美国欠其他国家十八万亿美元，相当于美国GDP的73%，超过了通常人们所说的50%的警戒线。本人认为这个观点太牵强附会。
