（i美股讯）2011年3月28日，多元印刷（DYP，1.60，-1.84%）称公司接到纽约证券交易所通知，要求其公司普通股于2011年4月4日开盘之前停牌。停牌后公司股票仍可在场外市场继续交易。
公司审计委员会财务专家Everett Chui评论说，希望公司尽快在证券交易所主板恢复交易，并称由德勤展开的针对这次事件的内部调查已取得实质性进展。预计，调查会在四月底结束，届时，公司会聘请独立审计完成SEC文件和满足纽交所上市要求。“我们非常感激投资者的耐心并希望能够及时为市场带来新的生机。”
据悉，3月19日多元印刷收到SEC传票，原因是SEC质疑多元印刷递交虚假财报、财报披露不充分及异常解聘德勤。此外，美国金融监管当局正在就一项可能的证券欺诈行为对其进行调查。多元印刷当日股价暴跌23%。
