The trading was halted by Nasdaq due to ongoing litigation. The appeal of litigation in Antigua applied by a shareholder was not handed down yet. This stops the distribution of shares issued under the rights plan. But we still collect certification for claiming the shares issued under this plan from shareholders who are entitled to the shares. If you didn't do it yet, please contact your broker for the forms. If you need any help, please let me know.
