中集安瑞科收购德国LFTS 丰富能化业务全球服务能力和运营网络

日前，中集安瑞科已完成收购并正式接手德国Lindenau Full Tank Services GmbH (下称“LFTS”)。本次收购将进一步丰富中集安瑞科能源和化工业务的全球服务能力和运营网络。
LFTS公司是美国EXSIF WORLDWIDE Inc.（下称“EXSIF”）的全资子公司。LFTS公司总部位于德国Oberhausen（奥伯豪森），其主要业务包括化工罐箱的改造、低温罐箱的翻新、燃气储罐和化工槽车的翻新以及零部件销售四个方面，在德国奥伯豪森和梅斯堡设有工厂。其拥有近40年的行业经验，为Linde、Air Liquid、Hoyer、TWS等世界知名企业提供服务，具有良好的维修、再制造能力。
据介绍，LFTS的加盟是中集安瑞科能源、化工业务在欧洲市场的重要布局。本次收购将对中集安瑞科产生巨大的协同效应，能够为中集安瑞科在欧洲乃至全球市场的客户，提供响应及时、高效的售后服务，特别是在能源和化工物流设备领域，包括天然气、液化石油气、氢气和系列化工货物。中集安瑞科通过本次收购，将加强对欧洲市场的直接服务，进一步为中集安瑞科及其客户创造更多价值，同时也有助于中集安瑞科走向更广阔的舞台，实现卓越经营战略。

CIMC Enric Holdings Ltd (Short Name: CIMC ENRIC) has acquired Lindenau Full Tank Services (Short Name: LFTS), Inc., fully. Terms were not disclosed.
Effective January 1st 2020, CIMC Enric Holdings Ltd has acquired Lindenau Full Tank Service GmbH from EXSIF Worldwide Inc.
Lindenau Full Tank Service GmbH (LFTS) is an established tank service company having facilities in Oberhausen and Meresburg, Germany. It has nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry and proven record serving the world renowned companies, such as Linde, Air Liquid, Hoyer, TWS etc., with their excellent repair, re-manufacturing capabilities including various cryogenic tanks, gas tanks, chemical tanks and tank trailers.
This acquisition will generate tremendous synergy to CIMC ENRIC and which also is one of the important distribution driver of operational excellence in both energy and chemical business strategy for CIMC ENRIC growth in European, hence the world market.
The participation of LFTS is a strategic move to further strengthen CIMC ENRIC’s presence in Europe, and it will provide and reinforce timely and efficient for CIMC ENRIC’s network and after-sales-service capabilities, particularly in the field of energy & chemical logistic Equipment including for natural gas , LPG, H2 and series chemical cargo. Reinforced direct service to the European market will create further value to the company and its customers, which also helps the company move to a wider stage.
