$HUDBAY MINERALS INC(HBM)$  Rosemont fits very neatly into HudBay’s development plans. The company should finish building the Constancia mine in Peru later this year, and can transition its team over to Rosemont once it is done. By then, the permitting for Rosemont should be complete or very close to it. The project holds 5.9 billion pounds of copper reserves and has an estimated capital cost of US$1.2-billion.
